This job leads the development, implementation, and management of the organization’s strategy around the multi-disciplinary child development centers in regional markets. Integrates and collaborates with multiple disciplines and programs to implement best practices across the system and ensures optimal patient experience and quality outcomes. Also, oversees day-to-day operations and has overall accountability for the Boh Center clinics for child development in each region.
This role will be responsible for multi-site programming and operations where we diagnose and treat a variety of development and behavior disorders, including: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delays, Feeding Disorders, High-risk Neonates and Children with Congenital Heart Conditions, Intellectual Disabilities, Muscular Dystrophy, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Spina Bifida, Genetic Disorders, and School Related Problems.
Directs all aspects of operations for assigned clinics in multiple regions across the system and assumes responsibility for the Boh Center clinics for child development in each region.
Strives to continuously improve all aspects of the business operation through quality improvement initiatives by continuously developing and revising organizational structures to meet functional needs and ensures communication, reporting, and incentives align people and processes.
Develops and provides long-term strategic plans to senior management for approval and executes plans that support business growth and overall mission.
Works collaboratively with cross-functional care teams and leadership groups, including the program medical director, program director, pediatric physician leadership, behavioral psychology leadership, and therapy leadership to ensure an optimal patient experience and quality outcomes.
Effectively manages budget(s) and continually monitors productivity, key performance indicators and monthly reporting.
Builds and engages workforce through leadership, talent development and collaborative employee relationships.
Assumes responsibility for the determination of appropriate staffing levels and interviewing, hiring, and performance review of employees.
Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.

Required – Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
Preferred – Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
Required – 7 years of related experience managing clinic operations or healthcare departments, including 3 years of supervisory or management experience
