NICU Level 4 NICU providing highest level of care to high-risk neonates within in the state of Louisiana and Gulf South Region. The Staff RN is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for neonates, infants, toddlers, school-age children, adolescents and young adults for a designated time frame and provides care to those patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the therapeutic environment, treatment and modalities and interdisciplinary collaboration.
