• Full Time Onsite coverage:   Monday - Friday 8a-5p
• 8 weeks PTO
• Cover Lake Charles Memorial Hospital

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of AMA accredited program
• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Louisiana
• Certification by the National Commission of Physician Assistants
• Certified to perform Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS
