Pediatric Pharmacy Fellow
This Pediatric Pharmacy Fellow is a 12-month fixed-term fellowship at Ochsner Health with additional remote collaboration with the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP). The Pediatric Pharmacy Fellow role is specialized in medication safety with a focus on pediatric practice. The fellowship provides structure training and professional development opportunities in research, education, and advocacy to reduce medication errors, improve patient safety, and build system-level strategies that support safe pediatric care.
