Property Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES Operations Supervise the maintenance, operation and repairs of regional open air shopping centers and other individual sites. Conduct in person property visits on a weekly basis and more often, as needed. Monitor tenant compliance with Leases. Promptly respond to tenant and customer issues, coordinate maintenance staff or contractors as needed to troubleshoot and/or resolve the issue. Coordinate Landlord repair obligations with tenants and Landlord’s contractors. Manage vendor contracts and service agreements. Review in detail all purchase orders prepared by the project to insure clarity and justification of request. Manage work order system; follow up on
