The Pediatric Clinical Pharmacy Manager will lead the Clinical Pharmacy Program. The Pediatric Clinical Manager will participate in planning, implementing, and assessing clinical initiatives and the medication use process. The Director of Pharmacy and the Pharmacy Clinical Manager will collaborate to achieve departmental/hospital goals and to advance pharmacy practice.
Job responsibilities include the following:
Supervise Clinical Pharmacist team and participate in team recruitment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on quality improvement initiatives
Evaluate medication use processes and implement strategies
Oversee formulary management
Requirements:
Eligible for Licensure in State of Louisiana
PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency or three to five (5) years relevant work experience

Additionally, the pharmacy department is a practice site for Xavier College of Pharmacy and University of Louisiana Monroe College of Pharmacy.
