Vice Chair of Clinical Operations in Radiology
In cooperation with other members of the department clinical staff, an Ochsner Staff Physician will provide and coordinate patient care by abiding by Ochsner’s core values of Patients First, Integrity, Compassion, Inclusivity, Teamwork and Excellence and The Responsibilities of the Professional Staff Supervision:1. Provide leadership and direction of hospital radiology operations in an economically viable fashion2. Serve as the primary interface between the Radiology Department and Section Heads/Division Chiefsa. Assist in planning staffing and scheduling in coordination with Section Heads/Division Chiefsb. Manage conflict resolution issues related to the clinical enterprise between individuals, sections and departments
