Job Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5-9 years' experience in BANNER ERP system or other enterprise system software development and training and/or process support role as a prior business or programmer analyst
• Technical project management and team coordination experience in a business environment
• Experience with training, software development methodologies and project management a plus
• Proficiency in systems design, applications development and programming and Scripting
• Programming experience must include fluency in procedural, object-oriented, and functional programming concepts, and experience in the following: JavaScript, XML, PL/SQL, T-SQL, Perl, Python, Ruby, Rust, Go, C/C++, C#, Java, Groovy, Scala, or Erlang, batch
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate functional and technical information to a variety of audiences
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Must have a willingness to educate their coworkers, have patience and the capability to support end-users
• Knowledge of and ability to program using SQL databases; such as Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Technically savvy with a solid understanding of database concepts, functional software setups, writing reports and understanding of business processes
• Must be well organized, efficient, results and detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as a member of a team
• Strong leadership and people skills;
• Must have the ability to interact, influence and collaborate with associates and management at all levels
