Assistant Director, Sports Nutrition
Position Summary:The Assistant Director of Sport Nutrition will assist in all aspects of the Sports Nutrition program for Tulane Athletics as directed by the Director. The Assistant will oversee the nutritional needs of assigned teams with functions including, but not limited to: nutrition counseling, team education, meal planning, and body composition testing. The Assistant will collaborate with coaches, athletic trainers, strength coaches and other support staff as a part of a sport specific performance team to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to student-athlete well-being.
