Position Summary The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for but not limited to faculty and staff recruitment, staffing logistics, assisting in decision-making, implementation of the school’s policies and compliance with federal, state and local employment statutes. Furthermore, the Human Resources Generalist should establish active support and collaboration with all respective divisions and departments. This position will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the school’s administrative staff, as well as other key employees.
