This position will serve as a Health Technician (Specimen Collection and Processing) for the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System in New Orleans, LA. The Health Technician (Specimen Collection and Processing) will provide phlebotomy, specimen collection, specimen accessioning, specimen processing, preparation and storage of specimens, packaging of specimens for transport to the Pathology Laboratory and collection of Employee Drug Screen.
