Job Summary: Xavier University of Louisiana invites applications for the position of Financial Aid Counselor. The Financial Aid Counselor will be responsible for counseling prospective and continuing Xavier students on financial aid programs; process files by assisting in the administering of all Title IV financial Aid Programs. Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Institutional regulations. Conduct Financial Aid Workshops/Presentations on and off campus. Reconcile Financial Aid programs to prohibit over awards, and to assure proper aid distribution. Respond to incoming telephone calls, letters, and emails. AA/EOEMinimum Qualifications: Two to four year's experience in Financial Aid.
