Job Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Website Design, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years' Web Content and/or Web programming experience
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and XML, with a working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
• Previous experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer
• Understanding of web analytics
• Familiar with web content management systems such as Cascade, WordPress or Sitefinity
• Knowledge of search engine optimization and current best practices
• Familiar with current web standards
• Knowledge of tools for website management
• Proficient in HTML/CSS and XML
• Knowledge of JavaScript and SQL

• Requires technical project management and team coordination experience in a business environment
• Experience with training, software development methodologies and project management a plus

Xavier University of Louisiana, founded by St. Katharine Drexel and the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament in 1925, is Catholic and historically Black.
