Ochsner provides internship and externship programs for Pharmacy Students as well as (ASHP) – accredited, PGY-1 and PGY-2 Residency Programs Our clinical team provides training and development for Ochsner’s clinical staff, students, and residents.
Ochsner Health System offers PGY-2 Residency Programs in the following specialties:
Medication-Use Safety & Policy
Solid Organ Transplant
Graduate of an accredited College/School of Pharmacy
Eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Louisiana
Licensed in the State of Louisiana before the program begins or shortly thereafter
Successful completion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency
